**USPS DELAYS**

The USPS is currently experiencing severe delays in some areas due to unprecedented shipping volumes and COVID response. If your tracking number indicates your package has been shipped, please allow additional time for the USPS to deliver your item. I check pending shipments daily to update customers as necessary.

AK Artistry uses USPS (United States Post Office) services for most shipping orders. 

 

Shipping Rates are based per order depending on the total weight.

Free Standard Shipping for ALL orders over $50, for Domestic (Continental United States) ONLY.

 

MISSING PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please confirm your delivery address prior to ordering AND ensure that the delivery can be made to a secure location.  If the USPS or other tracking service indicates the package was delivered, we will not ship a replacement order.

Shipments via priority mail ARE insured and we will handle the replacement of your items. No matter the shipping chosen, we will go above and beyond to assist our customers in providing the information necessary to locate missing packages.

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, the processing time starts the next business day.

All AK Artistry products are handcrafted in the U.S.A., in a home based environment, not drop shipped from China.

 

HIGH TEMPERATURES

Oil and Butter based products (Bath Soaks, Loofah Soaps & Sugar Scrubs) can melt in temperatures over 80 degrees Fahrenheit.  When ordering during summer months, you may experience melting of your product. To reincorporate, refrigerate or freeze for a short period of time and re-blend back to desired consistency. The original consistency may have changed but the effectiveness of your product will remain the same. Sugar scrubs may separate if exposed to heat. To reincorporate, simply stir the scrub and allow it to sit and cool before using.

Melting is normal for natural products, and the quality of the product is not affected. AK Artistry cannot be held responsible for melted items, and no refunds will be given for this reason.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products we cannot accept exchanges or returns, but enjoying your product is very important to us, and we are committed to your satisfaction with all purchased products. If there is a problem with an item ordered, please let us know and we will be happy to discuss a solution with you. Please email customer service at akartistry2015@gmail.com.

 

OTHER POLICIES

Please use caution when using scrubs or other products containing oil in the bath or shower. The residue could cause surfaces to become slippery.

 

Please read the ingredient listing carefully before purchasing items. Some products may contain ingredients that can cause skin irritations or allergic reactions.

Scrubs are meant for body exfoliation, the skin on your face is more sensitive. Keep this in mind during use.

 

Please note real flowers are used and can leave traces behind; included is a complimentary cheesecloth to cover your drain accordingly.
